The complete Austrian Technology bearing range

Twelve product families cover almost every industrial rotating-shaft need — from high-speed ball bearings inside electric motors to spherical roller units under a steel mill roll neck. Every part is manufactured, inspected and packed at our Jalandhar facility.

Deep Groove Ball Bearings

Deep Groove Ball Bearings

Versatile radial bearings for high-speed, low-noise rotation.

The workhorse of rotating machinery. Deep raceway grooves support radial and moderate axial loads in both directions, deliver very low friction, and run quietly at high RPM. Available open, shielded (ZZ) or sealed (2RS) for lubricant retention and contamination resistance.

  • Bore Ø 3–200 mm
  • Grease or oil lubrication
  • P0 / P5 / P6 precision
  • 60/62/63/64/68 series
Angular Contact Bearings

Angular Contact Bearings

Combined radial and axial load capability for precision spindles.

Raceways offset by a contact angle (15°, 25°, 40°) enable heavy axial loads in one direction and high-speed operation. Ideal for machine tool spindles, pumps and gearboxes — usually mounted in matched pairs (back-to-back, face-to-face or tandem) for pre-loaded rigidity.

  • Contact angles 15° / 25° / 40°
  • Single & duplex sets
  • For pumps, spindles, gearboxes
Self Aligning Bearings

Self Aligning Bearings

Absorbs shaft misalignment without inducing bearing stress.

Two rows of balls run in a common spherical outer raceway, so the inner ring, balls and cage can pivot inside the outer ring. Compensates for shaft deflection or mounting error up to ±3°. First choice for long shafts, agricultural drives and textile machinery.

  • Compensates ±1.5°–3°
  • Low friction
  • Great for long shafts
Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Very high radial load capacity with high-speed capability.

Line contact between rollers and raceways carries far greater radial loads than a ball bearing of the same size. Separable rings simplify assembly. Configurations NU, NJ, N and NUP handle pure radial or limited axial location duties in gearboxes, motors and rolling mills.

  • NU, NJ, N, NUP designs
  • Very high radial load
  • Separable rings
Spherical Roller Bearings

Spherical Roller Bearings

Heavy load, shock and misalignment tolerance for tough duty.

Two rows of barrel-shaped rollers on a shared spherical outer raceway. Absorbs shock loads, heavy radial and axial forces, and self-aligns under shaft deflection. Standard in vibrating screens, crushers, paper mills and marine drives.

  • Double-row barrel rollers
  • Self aligning ±1.5°
  • 22200/22300 & 23000 series
Taper Roller Bearings

Taper Roller Bearings

Combined radial and axial loads for automotive & heavy machinery.

Tapered rollers and raceways meet at a common apex on the axis, so radial and thrust loads combine cleanly. Mounted in opposed pairs for hubs, pinions and shafts. The default choice for automotive wheel hubs and gearbox pinions.

  • Single / double / four row
  • TS, TDO, TDI configurations
  • Adjustable clearance
Needle Roller Bearings

Needle Roller Bearings

High load capacity in the smallest possible cross section.

Long, thin rollers give a very small radial envelope and a very high load rating per unit area. Used where space is tight — planetary gears, rocker arms, universal joints, small pumps and two-wheeler transmissions.

  • Compact cross section
  • Drawn cup & solid types
  • With or without inner ring
Thrust Bearings

Thrust Bearings

Pure axial load capacity for vertical shafts and screw jacks.

Ball or roller elements sandwiched between flat washers carry axial loads in one or two directions. Common in screw jacks, turntables, crane hooks, gearbox thrust faces and vertical pump shafts.

  • Single & double direction
  • Ball or cylindrical roller
  • 51000 / 52000 series
Pillow Block Bearings

Pillow Block Bearings

Pre-assembled units — bolt down, insert shaft, run.

A grey-iron housing (P, F, FL, T) with a sealed, relubricable insert bearing that has an eccentric locking collar or set-screw. No press fit required — mount to a machined face, slide the shaft through, tighten the collar. The fastest way to add a bearing to a conveyor, fan, or agricultural drive.

  • UCP, UCF, UCFL, UCT housings
  • Cast iron / stamped steel
  • Regreasable inserts
Adapter Sleeves

Adapter Sleeves

Mount tapered-bore bearings on plain, straight shafts.

A slit, tapered steel sleeve with a locknut and locking washer. Drives a tapered-bore self-aligning or spherical roller bearing up its own taper to grip a plain shaft — no shoulders or keyways required. Standard for line-shaft installations.

  • H2, H3 series
  • For taper-bore bearings
  • Pairs with lock nut & washer
Lock Nuts

Lock Nuts

Precision-threaded nuts that secure bearings axially on shafts.

KM / HM series lock nuts with matching MB series lock washers position and secure bearings on their shafts. Ground threads maintain squareness so bearing pre-load stays true.

  • KM / HM / N series
  • Paired with MB lock washer
  • Hardened & ground threads
Bearing Accessories

Bearing Accessories

Seals, rings, snap rings, spacers — everything around the bearing.

Support hardware that finishes the assembly: shaft and housing seals, O-rings, snap rings, spacer sleeves, bearing pullers and grease fittings. Sourced to the same tolerance class as the bearings they protect.

  • Seals & O-rings
  • Snap rings & spacers
  • Grease fittings & pullers
